Phoenix Suns center Tyson Chandler scored 22 points and Chandler scored 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Phoenix Suns to a 117-111 victory over the Phoenix Bulls on Friday night.
Chandler, who missed all of last season with a torn ACL, had 22 points on 7-of-15 shooting and seven rebounds in 31 minutes.
Phoenix forward Devin Booker added 15 points and 13 rebounds for the Suns.
Phoenix coach Jeff Hornacek said he was “really happy” with his team’s performance, which also included an assist from Phoenix forward Tyson Chandler.
“We had a chance to get the win and now we got the win,” Hornacez said.
“It’s an easy win for us.”
Booker finished with 13 points.
The Suns are off on a three-game road trip to face the Los Angeles Clippers and the New York Knicks.
The Bulls are on the road again.
The Suns are 1-2 against the Phoenix this season.
Phoenix has won four of the last five meetings.
The Bulls are coming off a 103-96 loss at Chicago on Tuesday.
They are 6-6 in their last eight home games.
